Peak Shilajit LTD (“we” and “us”) operates the Peak Shilajit (“Website”). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect each other and set clear expectations for our service.
Shipping Costs
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for deliveries within the UK and International Tracked delivery for worldwide shipping.
Delivery Terms
2.1 Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time
We ship from various countries worldwide to ensure prompt delivery. Orders are processed the same day as purchase, with shipments made daily before 2 pm. Please note that delays in logistics and customs may affect shipping times.
- UK Tracked 24 Delivery: Typically, 1-2 business days, depending on your location. Including processing and shipping, delivery can take up to 3 business days.
- Ireland Tracked International: Typically, 5-7 business days. Including processing and shipping, delivery can take up to 9 business days.
- Europe Tracked International Delivery: Typically, 5-8 business days. Including processing and shipping, delivery can take up to 9 business days.
- Worldwide International Tracked Delivery: Typically, 7-10 business days. Including processing and shipping, delivery can take up to 12 business days.
2.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. We aim to minimize any delays during these periods.
2.4 Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can be made anytime before the order is dispatched. We are not obliged to replace orders if an incorrect address is provided.
2.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only and cannot offer courier services to these locations.
2.6 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that item while dispatching the rest of the order.
2.7 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us for an investigation. Lost items will be replaced after 7 days following Royal Mail’s confirmation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor their shipment’s progress with updates from the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it and contact our customer service. If you were not present at delivery, contact us for the next steps. We require the damaged goods to be returned before sending a replacement.

Sales tax is included in the prices displayed on our website.
5.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes on international shipments.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, we can accommodate your request. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.
8.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the damage claim.
8.2 Process for Parcel Lost In Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel as lost after their investigation.
