Ingredients: Pure Himalayan Shilajit (premium gold grade) fulvic acid, humic acid, over 85 minerals and vitamins.
Directions Of Use: Take by dissolving a small pea-sized amount (400mg) into a hot drink (not boiling). Any drink can be used (tap water is not recommended ). Tea or warm milk are great options. It can be used twice a day. Do not exceed 1g per day. For best results use in the morning on an empty stomach. Use for 6-8 weeks cycle with 7-10 days off after each cycle
Contraindications: Do not use Shilajit if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from any of the following Sickle cell anaemia, hemochromatosis (too much iron in your blood), or thalassemia. Active heart condition. If you take tablets for high blood pressure.
